Im in the construction feild dryvit is not my trade. But on every job ive been on rember these are comercial jobs the dryvit is attached to a yellow matted fiberglass drywall which also adds to the fire resistance. Most of the problem comes when the paint is applied. If its not done perfect it will peel off. these paints are expensive but worth it in the long run. If done right the house will look great.
