Help! I have windows in my bedroom that have ben painted shut, and I don't know what to do to make them useable again! I thought I read somewhere something about using dish soap and a chisel....I'm not at all confident in that! If you have a good idea, please fill me in. I've been working on this for two years. Thank you!
