Hi, We have vinyl Double-Hung windows in our home. Last Spring I bought one of those easy to use attach to hose spray and rinse window cleaning products. Well ever since then we have had moisture in just the upper stationary pane. (The bottom tilt in is fine) on the windows facing South. They are or were gas filled. Does anyone know how I can get rid of the moisture??? I’ve heard of using a hair dryer on it. Any help would be great. T.Y. Tim
