cat urine and odor

Hi Bob,
Please help me find a solution to remove cat urine and odor from my hardwood floors. My male cat has started urinating on my floors. I have tried products to remove cat urine, oxy-clean, murphy's soap, etc. What else can I do or buy. I try to remove the urine immediately. Will the urine penetrate the wood?
I am desperate for your help. What can I do to stop him from urinating in the room/spot?
