Hello, I am in the process of converting my bare basement into a living space and I had a question as to the types of materials that would be best for my application. I am not sure whether to stud the walls out with conventional 2X4 lumber or the metal studs I have been hearing about. I have asked several professionals and have not gotten a straight answer. If anyone can give me the "Straight" scoop I would appreciate it.
