We used a DeWalt leaf blower that produces a top wind speed of 125 miles per hour and a max air volume of 450 CFM. Even at full power, which is frankly more force than what you’d want to use to clean your gutter, the attachment remained firmly attached to the end of the blower. Four extension tubes give it a long max reach of 12 feet. Since this attachment connects to the blower via a flexible tube, we were able to hold our leaf blower at a horizontal position during use, which was much more comfortable than having to point the tip upward.
