I have used this product for years and absolutely love it and still to this day I absolutely love the product and its uses smells good works good safe for the pets usually, happenedhe customer 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 service.The product is distributed by the Spectrum Group which is a division of United industries corporation of St Louis Missouri.I have always used it in the back of my 2018 Dodge hemi charger pursuit edition.I spray it before I put the kiddos in and after I take them out I also use it on their bedding as they sleep in my room on the floor with me and when necessary of sprayed it right on them as well just obviously don't get it anywhere near their face eyes or private areas smells good works good never had a problem until one horrifying evening.Upon coming back home from an outing with them and did the usual well they were outside sprayed their bedding real quick lightly and then walked outside to get the kids brought them in the back entrance sprayed them down as per usual brought them on in to lay down and by the time I got back to the room it smelled horrifying It didn't make my eyes water but it started gagging me I mean literally gagging me It was just a horrible odor and the dogs started gagging and trying to rub their noses on the carpet as all three of us were doing the same thing gagging and choking eyes watering gasping for breath. My Pomeranian beagle mix has epilepsy seizure disorder which is well under control with medication in close supervision by their veterinarian, she's also just recently started taking her first course of injections for slight canine diabetes.I didn't know what to do but immediately get them outside and open my windows and turn the fan on the central air HVAC system to air the house out, pushing course took me a few moments to get the windows and doors open and of course they're betting thrown out in the garage so I could wash it at a later time, upon doing so I went out to the backyard to again check on them and still kind of gagging a little bit but seemed kind of okay as the little one seemed a little worse for wear so we stayed out there for a little bit until the house had completely aired out came in gave them a treat we sat down The house at that time was okay so I closed all the windows and doors within I'd say 15 to 20 minutes the little one went into a violent convulsions and seizure and she had multiple seizures back to back which is most certainly not the norm she looks terrible with her eyes rolled back in her head so The only thing I knew to do was rush her to the veterinarian which is about 20 minutes from my home upon getting there they had already closed it was after 6:00 p.m. so I called over and over till finally someone answered that was getting ready to go out and she said unfortunately she she'd come to the door but the doctor was already gone she looked at her and she told me to rush her to the emergency hospital which I did.Upon getting her there inside and explaining the situation the vet grabbed her and ran her into the back and immediately started breathing treatments in an IV line for medications and hydration.After some time I would guess 20 minutes or so she came out and said that unfortunately a dog in her situation she would have to be very honest with me that she was going to need to be immediately hospitalized and that she may need her for a week or even more and she would do her very best but there was no guarantees on anything and I said oh my gosh no what what can be done and she explained what they could try and she said there's still no guarantees and I asked her about how much and she said honestly it could be up to $2,500 per day and it could be up to a couple of weeks she doesn't know and there's still no guarantee for the outcome I about passed out myself I said of course I couldn't afford that even with credit cards and everything I didn't know what to do so I asked them if they could give her medication to stop the vomiting and I had already given her her seizure medicine and anything else she could do to help her immediately and I would have to try to figure something out because I certainly couldn't afford $2,500 a day.I felt absolutely horrible but I didn't have the heart to have her put down at that particular moment and I figured I would do my very very best as I have had years of caring for dogs of 40 plus years of dog ownership and handling and etc.Long story short it took her about a week and a half or so to pretty much recover within about 3 weeks she was pretty much back to 100% herself minus the fact that she is gone about 80% blind I guess that may have had something to do with her just developing diabetes but also I don't have to be a vet to say that that's spray sped the problem up abundantly.I do not know but to me it kind of smelled like when you spray wasp killer that's as close to the smell as I can tell you but it was so condensed and so strong that it was just horrifying even for myself to try and breathe let alone them and I just I'll never forgive myself but again I had no idea and I'm not saying anyone did anything wrong other than maybe a mistake or whatever but I know what was what.I then cold the company and ask for customer service went through all those hoops finally got a hold of someone that I explained the whole story to that at first seemed done caring and before the end of the phone call seemed more like she was going to treat me like a criminal like I had done something wrong and her solution to the problem was take it back and I said well some of it I believe was in the order I got from the delivery and some was from somewhere else and she said well where do you buy it mostly and I told her and she said we'll take it back there and get your money back of which I said that's it she said That's all you're going to get.Of which I took some of them down there along with the receipt when I got there the manager and one of the employees was there and I told them the problem and they apologized prophetically and I said well it's not your fault it's not anybody's fault just you know an accident happened and I just need to try to do what I can and they said okay so they gladly gave me my money back but before doing so I had grab the piece of paper towel that they were cleaning cabinets and etc and windows with and sprayed a little on just a little just a tiny amount and told them I said smell that without putting your face right up to it just enough to get a breath of it and they both said oh my and it was just day almost started gagging One of them kind of did and I said that's what I'm talking about and she said oh no yeah she said I get my money back too so that was kind of the end of that when a couple more days and then I just was not satisfied with the situation so I called the company again and she said the only thing she could do is turn it over to somebody else not to ever call and bother her again so after a period of time I guess a insurance company or clearinghouse or something, irregardless I couldn't speak with anyone so I left a message didn't hear from anyone for a while left another message on and on with this process and finally after complaining and complaining and threatening on the recorder a lady called me back and was very dismissive and again made me feel like an absolute criminal asked me to jump through a hundred hoops and they demanded this they demand that they demand this they demand that and some of which I complied with others I did not because I did not feel that it was necessary at this point in time but everything they would need I most certainly complied with immediately didn't hear anything back send another email didn't hear anything back kept calling and emailing so after a an extended period of time I finally got a hold of a supervisor supervisor actually seemed somewhat nice and said that she was sorry but the lady was out on maternity leave and I said oh well congratulations I'm so so sorry that that was the case but I was hoping someone could get a hold of me and so I explained the situation to her she said well she couldn't do anything it was going to be assigned to someone so she assigned it to a gentleman The gentleman did not talk to me he would not answer my calls The only thing he would do is he emailed me and went through the entire list of what I had already done and that was the end of it so I kept emailing and emailing and emailing to know response so then I started emailing the supervisor so once I emailed the supervisor she said that I would have to deal with her subordinate and that was kind of that but yet she was still somewhat nice in her approach however that to this point that would be the third person that I've spoken with and nobody is showed any type of compassion whatsoever or even asked well how are they doing how are you doing you know any of the above.Long story short since that point quite a period of time has passed with us back and forth I asked them to be fair to her not worry about me or my other dog but be fair to her because of the situation and I I still said I'm sure it was totally unintentional and of course they're like it's not possible we've tested it and you know it's absolutely not possible and I'm telling you I lived through it and so did they I'm not lying never have don't need their money it's it's a crock for them to say such a thing I would never ever in a billion years make up such a thing as I know karma will bite you in the rear end faster than a guard dog that was told to.Again after an extended period of time finally after email after email to both of them and I kept including the supervisor in my emails and she said you can't do that you can't do that it he's handling it and I said well then he needs to handle it and quit ignoring me,Incidentally the gentleman told me that they had sent the product out for testing and it was just fine that what I experienced in my kids which I treat my dogs and always have like human beings some better than some human beings actually and treat them as well as my own children trust me ask anybody I know I used to have a Jack Russell that sat at the table with me and ate off of utensils we were inseparable regardless, back to the subject at hand not sure how they would have tested the product I went to the store and talked to one of the two employees that was still with the company I guess and remembered that situation explicitly and that that was something that they would have been credited on and it's one of those destroy and store things cuz it's not worth the price of sending it back on a return so it would have just been thrown away in the dumpster I don't know.However on the communique that I received they said out of strictly customer service only that they would be glad to refund my approximate $200 vet bill from that evening and wanted me to sign a big long release I said no I didn't think that was fair I said you need to come up with something that is more fair for her this is for her this is not for me and he said well that's my only offer and I said if I need to take you to court I will and he said that's my only offer so that's where we stand I just wanted to let you know that you know things can happen I guarantee and common sense it was not intentional that it happened but it is most certainly intentional after the fact of how and where we stand now on their part.The only reason I decided to write this book is so you understand totally the entire story 100% with zero embellishments because I guarantee that I wasn't the only person on the planet because there was two different locations that was purchased at and the one was horrific the other one definitely had the odor but was nowhere near as strong even close to being as strong almost like maybe it was a mistake they were accidentally filled and then when the thing was caught they probably put the right product in and ran it ran it through and and cleaned it out that way I don't know it's all a gas on my part so it is what it is and I'm telling you it's a very good product I still use it to this day I just obviously make sure that I test first each and every can and I will never stop doing that but it's a fantastic product It works well it's gentle on the kids It smells good has a nice bright clean smell I probably spent more than $1,000 on this that product and probably quite a bit more as long as I've been using it and is often as I use it as I buy six to six cans here six cans there a lot of times as many cans as somebody has I'll clean out their stock because I use it that often because it's such a good product I would highly recommend it I just would not recommend the customer service thereof nor their insurance company or whatever it happens to be because I most certainly am not a criminal and never have been never will be The worst I've ever had in my life is a traffic ticket never been in trouble with the law in my life quite the opposite Thank you so much for your time if this ever even sees the light of day It is 100% true and did they ever think that I would be smart enough to not get rid of every can in case of such a turn of events I don't know just the thought just a possibilityAgain this is my opinion of what and how it may have happened I guarantee again in my opinion it was totally a mistake no one intended to do anything malicious to harm a sweet little baby girl like that but I do know we all choked horribly on that product and what has happened has happened.I just know the horrible customer service and the inattentiveness and lack of caring of any type is a fact and with their representatives I have proof of how many times I have emailed and what I've said I've kept them all and printed them all so I have proof on all of the above.The main reason I brought it up to them was I thought they should in some way say they were sorry to her and check any possibility under any circumstances to make sure it never would happen to anyone else or hasn't happened anyone else and at least show some type of caring towards the little girl and her terrible situation that she's in at this point rather than offering literally next to nothing and only because of as a customer service gesture not even one single how is she doing how is your other dog doing how are you doing is everything okay You don't have to take responsibility to just say I show some type of care at least as a human being rather than an employee I don't knowThank you again for your time and consideration in this most important of matters.

Of which I took some of them down there along with the receipt when I got there the manager and one of the employees was there and I told them the problem and they apologized prophetically and I said well it's not your fault it's not anybody's fault just you know an accident happened and I just need to try to do what I can and they said okay so they gladly gave me my money back but before doing so I had grab the piece of paper towel that they were cleaning cabinets and etc and windows with and sprayed a little on just a little just a tiny amount and told them I said smell that without putting your face right up to it just enough to get a breath of it and they both said oh my and it was just day almost started gagging One of them kind of did and I said that's what I'm talking about and she said oh no yeah she said I get my money back too so that was kind of the end of that when a couple more days and then I just was not satisfied with the situation so I called the company again and she said the only thing she could do is turn it over to somebody else not to ever call and bother her again so after a period of time I guess a insurance company or clearinghouse or something, irregardless I couldn't speak with anyone so I left a message didn't hear from anyone for a while left another message on and on with this process and finally after complaining and complaining and threatening on the recorder a lady called me back and was very dismissive and again made me feel like an absolute criminal asked me to jump through a hundred hoops and they demanded this they demand that they demand this they demand that and some of which I complied with others I did not because I did not feel that it was necessary at this point in time but everything they would need I most certainly complied with immediately didn't hear anything back send another email didn't hear anything back kept calling and emailing so after a an extended period of time I finally got a hold of a supervisor supervisor actually seemed somewhat nice and said that she was sorry but the lady was out on maternity leave and I said oh well congratulations I'm so so sorry that that was the case but I was hoping someone could get a hold of me and so I explained the situation to her she said well she couldn't do anything it was going to be assigned to someone so she assigned it to a gentleman The gentleman did not talk to me he would not answer my calls The only thing he would do is he emailed me and went through the entire list of what I had already done and that was the end of it so I kept emailing and emailing and emailing to know response so then I started emailing the supervisor so once I emailed the supervisor she said that I would have to deal with her subordinate and that was kind of that but yet she was still somewhat nice in her approach however that to this point that would be the third person that I've spoken with and nobody is showed any type of compassion whatsoever or even asked well how are they doing how are you doing you know any of the above.
Long story short since that point quite a period of time has passed with us back and forth I asked them to be fair to her not worry about me or my other dog but be fair to her because of the situation and I I still said I'm sure it was totally unintentional and of course they're like it's not possible we've tested it and you know it's absolutely not possible and I'm telling you I lived through it and so did they I'm not lying never have don't need their money it's it's a crock for them to say such a thing I would never ever in a billion years make up such a thing as I know karma will bite you in the rear end faster than a guard dog that was told to.
Again after an extended period of time finally after email after email to both of them and I kept including the supervisor in my emails and she said you can't do that you can't do that it he's handling it and I said well then he needs to handle it and quit ignoring me,
Incidentally the gentleman told me that they had sent the product out for testing and it was just fine that what I experienced in my kids which I treat my dogs and always have like human beings some better than some human beings actually and treat them as well as my own children trust me ask anybody I know I used to have a Jack Russell that sat at the table with me and ate off of utensils we were inseparable regardless, back to the subject at hand not sure how they would have tested the product I went to the store and talked to one of the two employees that was still with the company I guess and remembered that situation explicitly and that that was something that they would have been credited on and it's one of those destroy and store things cuz it's not worth the price of sending it back on a return so it would have just been thrown away in the dumpster I don't know.

However on the communique that I received they said out of strictly customer service only that they would be glad to refund my approximate $200 vet bill from that evening and wanted me to sign a big long release I said no I didn't think that was fair I said you need to come up with something that is more fair for her this is for her this is not for me and he said well that's my only offer and I said if I need to take you to court I will and he said that's my only offer so that's where we stand I just wanted to let you know that you know things can happen I guarantee and common sense it was not intentional that it happened but it is most certainly intentional after the fact of how and where we stand now on their part.

The only reason I decided to write this book is so you understand totally the entire story 100% with zero embellishments because I guarantee that I wasn't the only person on the planet because there was two different locations that was purchased at and the one was horrific the other one definitely had the odor but was nowhere near as strong even close to being as strong almost like maybe it was a mistake they were accidentally filled and then when the thing was caught they probably put the right product in and ran it ran it through and and cleaned it out that way I don't know it's all a gas on my part so it is what it is and I'm telling you it's a very good product I still use it to this day I just obviously make sure that I test first each and every can and I will never stop doing that but it's a fantastic product It works well it's gentle on the kids It smells good has a nice bright clean smell I probably spent more than $1,000 on this that product and probably quite a bit more as long as I've been using it and is often as I use it as I buy six to six cans here six cans there a lot of times as many cans as somebody has I'll clean out their stock because I use it that often because it's such a good product I would highly recommend it I just would not recommend the customer service thereof nor their insurance company or whatever it happens to be because I most certainly am not a criminal and never have been never will be The worst I've ever had in my life is a traffic ticket never been in trouble with the law in my life quite the opposite Thank you so much for your time if this ever even sees the light of day It is 100% true and did they ever think that I would be smart enough to not get rid of every can in case of such a turn of events I don't know just the thought just a possibility

Again this is my opinion of what and how it may have happened I guarantee again in my opinion it was totally a mistake no one intended to do anything malicious to harm a sweet little baby girl like that but I do know we all choked horribly on that product and what has happened has happened.

I just know the horrible customer service and the inattentiveness and lack of caring of any type is a fact and with their representatives I have proof of how many times I have emailed and what I've said I've kept them all and printed them all so I have proof on all of the above.
The main reason I brought it up to them was I thought they should in some way say they were sorry to her and check any possibility under any circumstances to make sure it never would happen to anyone else or hasn't happened anyone else and at least show some type of caring towards the little girl and her terrible situation that she's in at this point rather than offering literally next to nothing and only because of as a customer service gesture not even one single how is she doing how is your other dog doing how are you doing is everything okay You don't have to take responsibility to just say I show some type of care at least as a human being rather than an employee I don't know
