Hi, recently my basement walls had hydro. cement applied to some smallish holes and openings since we were concerned with drying up our basement because we plan on finishing it to be able to use it as a recording studio.
Before we actually hire a contractor to come out and put up walls using a corningware type sytem ( is that a good idea or is drywallling??) we want to be poitive that it's going to continue to be very dry. We live near a lake but have never had any problems. We're above the lake area.
Would you recomend tar for the outside walls and/or xypex for in the inside walls??
Thank you in advance for any and all help!
