Gently wash the roof w/a mixture of bleach and water, 1 cup bleach per 1 gal water. If that's not strong enough, increase the bleach by 1 cup, not to exceed 5 cups. Note: Whatever runs off the roof, MAY kill the vegetation below. So have a plan for the runoff.
Once you clean the roof, mitigate the CAUSE of the mold. Open the tree canopy, increase air flow, trim back tree limbs. Altering light or temperature just a bit may be enough to make your problem go away!
