i would like to move my kitchen to the space currently occupied by my screened porch. The porch has a brick floor but is about 1 foot below the floor height of the home. Is it possible to install the plumbing needed over the bricks and then down the side of the porch to connect to existing crawl space lines, and then install a wood floor over that (subfloor/joists etc.) to make floor levels even? In other words can i use the foot above the bricks as if it were space above a slab - for plumbing lines for a sink and dishwasher and then install flooring above?

Before someone says "Yes" ask what do they know about venting the fixture properly and asking if this installation is located where freeze ups may be a concern and do you have enough pitch 1/4" per foot is ideal
