Hello,I recently built a new home and I decided to run my low voltage myself. The internet provider sent a tech to “hook up” my internet. He instructed me to run a Cat6 to the outside of the house and into my network room. My modem/router is DSL and requires a RJ11 end. I looked in the providers box and he’s used the blue and blue white cables from the cat 6. I then used phone jack(RJ11) punch down keystone and connected my modem to the DSL port. I power cycled it and I get a green blinking light. When it blinks it says it’s searching for a signal. It says if it keeps blinking there is a problem. I only used 2 wires into the RJ11 punchdown like he did outside. Did I do something wrong? What am I missing? Thanks for any tips!!

Hi...i am a new user here. I am looking for suggestions on how to design/layout a low voltage system for our backyard. This design will incorporate uplights, downlights and path/area lights. All lights will be LED. I am planning on using Volt and Paradise lights and have already purchased a 200 watt transformer.
