i just built this headboard and it appears to be twisted when i stand it up. it is for a king size bed and the back panel is made of planed/jointed down 2x10's. i do not have a work surface large enough for the whole project so it was assembled on the cement garage floor. prior to attatching back panel to 4x4s i ensured panel was flat, measured to ensure panel was attatched evenly to 4x4s. everything looks good when laid on the ground....but when its stood up, the right side(when viewing from front) is nearly 2" off vertical from the other, which is nearly perfect on its own. i am at a loss of what happened. i was thinking to try and fix it, attaching it to the wall, but id rather fix it and have it stand alone square with the side rails and footbaord attatched.
