Hello. I'm looking at a property that has been for sale for 5+ years now. I have been looking at it for almost all of those 5 years. I have it all planned out where everything I own will go and what additions/renos I would like. Wood stove, solar, geothermal, shipping container garage, etc. :^) lol No budget for a proper inspection as it is an hour from town and would be 1500+. Ideas why it wouldn't be selling? I'm worried there's something terribly wrong with the place. I love the property and would make an offer to purchase today if I knew what it would cost to fix up afterwards. Just structurally mostly. Any help/ideas from looking at the ad would be greatly appreciated. I have a few pics I can send too. https://www.royallepage.ca/en/property/manitoba/elma/67145-15-hwy/6230244/mls1714680/?ref=1 Please take a look. Thank you very very much in advance for any help. Have a great day. Bob L., Winnipeg, Man.
