Propane HVAC in bedroom closet
We are looking to buy a house which has a dual zone heating/air system. The HVAC is system is a forced air fueled by propane installed in 1996. The unit for the top two floors (one of which is a finished attic) is located in the closet of one of the bedrooms. We intend to use this bedroom for one of our children, but I am concerned due to CO2 and fire risks plus noise level. Should I be concerned? What options do we have to address this risk?
