I am looking out for a Electrically operated Carbon Dioxide/Monoxide Sensor which would not require any separate electricity. Like, for example, it has to be placed between a lamp bulb holder and lamp bulb and that is how it will get electricity. If you hv any idea, where i can get it, let me know.

Than it would only work when the light is turned on. Such a detector should always be on. Do you have a light that is on all the time?

There should be battery operated ones available if you don't have a spare wall outlet to plug it into.
