Water dripping from freezer down into door dispenser and unto the the floor. Took ice bin out and there is frozen ice just about everywhere, in the bin and under the bin when removed from freezer. Can`t figure out if it`s over filling ice tray or not. First noticed that it wouldn`t dispense ice cubes in door. Motor running. The water leak is causing ice cubes to freeze togather in bin therefore stopping them from coming out the ice cube dispenser. I have turned the set screw to less water fill into ice tray but this didn`t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Kenmore side by side.

** Kenmore side by side **

Sears has marketed lots of Kenmore branded SxS models over the years. The only way we can find out which design you're dealing with is if you post its complete serial number.

You can find tips for locating the model number identification tag on your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my web site linked below.

Finding out will likely be necessary to suggest possible causes.

Adjusting that shouldn't be necessary unless your house water pressure has changed significantly.
