I just got a driveway installed and there are a lot of holes like the size of nails. Also, I have a .5" x .75" piece of concrete that broke in middle of the driveway between cuts. Finally, it looks like there is almost some type of fiber on top of the concrete in some areas.

Is this normal or did I get a poor job by the contractor like I suspect?

What should I do? What should tell the contractor to do? I don't want a refund I want a beautiful driveway.

It is hard to say with out seeing the driveway, it sounds like the contractor used fiberglass reinforced concrete (extra strength) which is good, but it does leave fibers on the surface which will go away with time, as for a 1/2" x 3/4" crack, its a driveway, give it a winter or two of studded tires and you will not ever see this small crack. You didn't mention what kind of finish the driveway has, is it broomed? exposed? or salt? if it is a salt finish this would explain small holes all over it. Talk to the concrete contractor or your builder and tell them of your concerns.
