My newly constructed house with poured basement has over 350 rod holes that I want to fill before I finish it. I am searching for the best filler and filling method. I tried Quickrete Fastplug waterproof concrete patch, but it is very difficult to get it all the way in the 9" deep hole, and the stuff drys in 5-7 minutes so I can get 2-3 holes done per batch. I also tried a concrete caulk, but the instructions say to apply no more than 3/8" at a time so that it will dry. This would take forever to fill one hole. Whatever I put in there, I also need a good way to inject it into the very back of the hole, as I do not want any air gaps which could later fill with water.
