I just moved into a new house. The builder just poured two deck piles for me. However 1 of the piles was overflowing with concrete. So I leveled it off.
However the second is about 1 ft. shorter than the sono tube. The rebar is sticking out from the concrete and it looks like there is very little aggregate in the concrete. Should I get them back to top off the sono tube and cover the rebar? Is the lack of aggregate a problem?
Should they have leveled the overflowing concrete from the one pile?
Lots of questions. Any information would be appreciated.
