I am opening a wine bar in NY and I am trying to estimate the amount of sqaure footage per person that I will need. It will not be a restaurant/bar but strictly a wine bar that serves appetizers, cheese, fruit, etc. It will also have a 6' x 4' size antipasto bar. In my mind I would like to have several cocktail tables, side tables, overstuffed chairs and a few sofas. Possibly a jukebox as well. My best guesstimate would be between 2500-3500 square feet.
I am putting together my biz plan and am having difficulty estimating electrical and plumbing costs.
