After each flush the tank is taking forever to refill. This new problem has semmily occured over night, no warning at all. Water is trickling out of the ballcock assembly. I checked the float, clear and ok. Water valve is open and no kinks in the flex water line. There is also no water flow from the bowl refill line. The in-bowl water level has also decreased. Also, the once vigerous flush has vanished and flow down the drain is slower. The toilet is not new, but not that old either. Would replacing the enire ballcock assembly help? Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Disconnect the flexy from the tank and let it run in a bucket. Notice the water pressure. Even a small particle of dirt or scale can clog the ballcock.
