Faucet Trouble

I have no outside faucet so I unhooked the cold water hose of my washing machine and hooked up a garden hose in its place. The only problem is I can't get the hose off. Does anyone know how to get it off?

1- shut the water first then unscrew it counter clockwise Gently if you need slip joint pliers its OK but BE GENTLE and next time remember it can be made only had tight as the washer will most of the time prevent dripping
