i'm installing 3/4 inch beadboard on my cathedral ceiling. the skylight has a shaft(drywalled) extending down to the ceiling. how do i make the transition (90 degrees)from the drywall to the beadboard. looking for a nice neat finish.

Rip a 45 on the parallels & 45's on the ends and self return the bead.

Use a corner trim.

Use a breadboard end, and 45 that around the skylight.

Flip a base (or similar trim with a narrow edge) & place that in the skylight.

Bring the bead up into the skylight.

Bring the bead partialy up into the skylight and use a back band at the top.

Use 1x and rip it to a 45 on it's edges, and trim inside the skylight.

How about a walk on the wild side and place small crown and add rope lighting for the nightlights...

...that should give you a few options & or ideas?
