My next project is the cleaning of my cedar siding. Is pressure washing the answer or 50/50 bleach or a combination of both. I have access to a pressure washer but I want to know of any drawbacks before I start. Looking for ideas.... Thanks

If you have never used a pressure washer before BE CAREFUL, you can create a lot of damage very fast.
Never use smaller than a 15 degree tip. Do not stop with water comming out of the wand.

If you want to see what it will do, practice on some scrap wood.

I am assuming you want to clean mold/mildew/etc. from the shady sides of the house.
Almost any commercially produced fungicide for wood works well. I recently had good luck with the Behr product - it is just a heavy duty bleach - about twice as strong as household bleach. I sprayed it on with a garden sprayer and within minutes the stuff just starts coming off. Heavy duty powerwashing was not needed. Only used the p/w to get some overall clean up done.
Good luck.
