I have a room which is completely wallpapered with a border at the top (doll design). Since we are going to have a baby boy, I would like to remove the border and replace it with a new border. The current border is quite wide. The new border will most likely be narrower. Is there some way to remove the existing border, clean up the access glue, and put in a new border, or do I need to remove all of the wallpaper in the room and start over again. Any advice is appreciated. Also, how would we remove the border without removing the wallpaper underneath the border? Thanks.
