This was the first time I have tryed to finish drywall. The corners and seems look bad. I know if I just paint the walls, it will be noticed. Anyone have an idea of a wall treatment I could use. What about textured wall paper???

It is a small bathroon i did.

First, don't try to disguise a poor tape and finish job on drywall. Even with textures it will be visible, but less than with a smooth finish. The trick to getting a good finish job is to apply several very thin coats over a progressively wider area. There should be minimal sanding necessary then to feather the joints.

Perfection is truely elusive, so texture then makes a good surface look great. Its easy to apply and DIY application tools are available. You can find pump spray models like this one http://www.homaxproducts.com/catalog/textureguns.html or if you have a compressor get an air powered model. Practice a little and use premixed texture. Its really easy to learn.
