I'm on a homeowner's association board. We want to resurface our common area pool deck which is 3200 square feet . The deck presently is covered with epoxy chatahoochee which is 16 years old. It's coming up in a few places. We want to resurface the entire deck area with either Euro Tile or Stamped Concrete. Do we need to have the chatahoochee taken up first or can the Euro Tile or Stamped Concrete be put down right over the old chatahoochee? We've gotten differing answers from several contractors who have come out to look over the deck area and give estimates.
