Bosch tools rarely drop to nearly half price, especially with batteries and a charger included, but for Amazon’s [Prime Big Deal Days](<https://www.amazon.com/primebigdealdays?tag=bosch-drill-prime-day-oct-2026-20>), the [Bosch PS31-2A 12V Drill/Driver Kit is down to $88.99](<https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BEE2LU>) (was $169). We haven't seen it lower. It's small enough to drill inside cabinets and drive screws overhead without fighting a full-size tool. Pros often carry a 12V like this alongside their bigger drill for exactly that kind of work. When driving screws, start with a low clutch setting and turn it up as needed, so you don't strip the screw or sink it too deep.

This is a complete [cordless drill](<https://www.bobvila.com/articles/best-cordless-drills-buyers-guides.md>) kit, with two 2.0Ah batteries, a charger, screwdriver bits, and a carrying bag. Keep one battery charging while you work with the other. For furniture assembly, hanging shelves, and household repairs, it gives you a smaller drill when a full-size model would be too big.

Choose between two speed ranges for drilling and fastening, and use the adjustable clutch to control screw depth. This [compact drill kit](<https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BEE2LU?tag=bosch-drill-prime-day-oct-2026-20>) includes two 2.0Ah batteries, a charger, screwdriver bits, and a carrying bag.
