Since clogs come in all sizes and from various sources, we knew we wanted to provide a range of options when gathering our list of top picks. As part of our research, we considered the typical debris that blocks drains and assessed multiple types of drain snakes for unclogging home drainage systems. We evaluated manual and electric drain snakes and investigated the pros and cons of different head designs.
