Bob and homeowner Gavin repair and refinish a 75-year-old oak floor. Because the new patch floor panels have a different thickness from the original, a belt sander will be used to level them down so they match.
In the final step of the pool’s contruction, the basin is washed and vacuumed before plastering begins. Bob discusses the materials and the mixing ratio used in the plaster, and watches as the plaster is applied.
The newly built china cabinet is installed. The unit was constructed in several peices, so it would fit through the front door. Several final cuts and adjustments are made to fit the cabinet around the existing trim.
Bob helps cabinetmaker Brian Comeaux custom-build a cabinet for the dining room.
