Project: Electrical Wiring and Window Installation

A window is recycled during the remodeling process and placed back into the frame of the new addition. Bob explains the reason for recycling and assists with the installation.

Bob tours homes that were designed by Thomas Edison. Built in Maine before being shipped to Florida, the homes are surrounded by indiginous plantings, and the decor has remained untouched since Edison’s time.

Electrician Steve Bradley is on hand to install the electrical wires and boxes for the addition. Bob discusses the codes regarding receptacle placement and Steve demonstrates the steps to install a grounded receptacle.
