Project: Painting and Door Installation

Carpenter Bob Ryley works with door hanger Steve Parks to install a wood door in the basement of the Habitat project.

Bob visits McCleary, WA, where Jim Fielder (from Simpson Door) takes him on a tour of the company’s manufacturing plant.

Bob learns about exterior paint that can be applied at temperatures near freezing, and also about low-odor low-VOC paints.
