Is it possible to back out of a mortgage after the papers have been signed and I've moved in already? I've been here for just over 2 months now and since 2 weeks after I moved in I have noticed mice. I cannot get rid of them and have tried everything. I really want to get out of the deal and look for a different house, is that possible?

Your recource is against either the home owner or the home inpector, Before you purchased the house did you have a home inspection and as part of their promise did they promice a termite/ pest inspection...if so you have some recource against the home inspector.

Your other option would be contact the previous owners of the house and see if they would be willing to split the cost of having an exterminator come in an deal with problem.

If both of those options feel you may want to consider if legal recourse is in your best interest. Depending on the laws in your state ( I am not a lawyer) this may be an issue for small claims court. Where I live the owner only has to disclose an issue if you ask " do you have mice", but do your own checking into the laws.

First of all, you can get rid of them second you don;t have legal ground, try to prove the mice didn't come with you. Law will tear it up, Chance;s are you have a nieghbor with a clean up problem" if your new home is well kept don't fret' I been there done it..If your new home and property is well kept there is a breeding area near your place. Mice will travel blocks when they have been pestcided or even ran out of "food source" You have a pet don;t you Mice can smell dog food or cat food for a mile. "Hello"

doin' it right the first time is not an option ?
