What's the correct tool for accessing the shutoff valve behind this kind of access plate in this photo? the plate is unremoveable and i need to shut the water off. the condo building was completed in 1988. please help.

Can you provide me with the name of the cover. There should be a name stamped on the cover. The one in the picture is not readable.

Just phoned Thomas (ext 227) at Dahl......Canada.....

"...The cover snaps onto the valve......the valve underneath MIGHT use a key.....part # 9951......."
