How do you wire two switches one input to two seperate lights?

I think what you are asking about is wiring 3-way switches.

There at least 8 different ways to wire 3 way switches. you need to give us more details of the room layout.

Will power come into one of the lights or one of the swithces?

Will one of the light lights be between ths switches?

It could be done any one of these layouts.

p=power

s=switch

l=light

p-l1-s1-s2 and l1-l2

p-l1-l2-s1-s2

p-s1-s2-l1-l2

p-s1-l1-s2 and l1-l2

p-s1-s2 and s1-l1-l2

It can NOT be done easily

p-s1-l1-l2-s2

This would require a cable with 4 wires + ground between l1 and l2.
