We have extensive MOLD in my attic. It is not a full standing attic (you have to hunch to walk around).

How do I remove it (it is green, black and white)? Do i simply bleach/water wipe it down (fully suited up)? I am very worried - about it, and want to get rid of it immediately....

Any products to spray/wipe on to help inhibit future growth (I know moisture control is the 1st step)...

Hi Kit,

1) Get rid of any or all of the 'factors' that are contributing to the M/M and your problem will go away (and die.) Or, 2) mitigate or dramatically reduce any or all of the 'factors' that are contributing to the M/M and your problem will go away (and die.)

You didn't hypothosize as to the cause of the M/M. Is there a 'heat leak' from the room below or from a bathroom vent duct? Is there a fan, or something, that's inadvertently drawing air INTO the attic??! Is there a lack of ventilation in the attic??!

To (actually) answer your question, 1 cup Bleach + 1 gallon warm water (and a brush or rag) will kill the M/M. My best to ya and hope this helps.
