Many years ago I had this problem in a house I owned. I called some company who came out with a vehicle with a compressor a hose and log steel rod that they inserted all around the perimeter of the house and injected a substance that expanded with water. Some of this gook, that hardened seeped thru two spots in the basement. Never had a water problem again. I'm looking for that for my daughters home that has a high water table, a sump pump that works hard during wet weather, but keeps the basement dry. She has a radon problem that even when they installed a larger motor, the level still is 4.5.. They say there is too much opening in the foundation.
