I have a old quartering block that I would like to make into a table top. The block is 35"wide X 60"long X 18"thick. I'm thinking about bringing it to a saw mill and cutting it down to 3 pieces
4" thick. Biscuiting and gluing the 60" long edges together. then cutting it down to 48" x 100". Anyone have any thoughts on how the table will hold up? Any other ideas for attaching the three slabs together?
