1930s Linoleum floor
Underneath the carpet in our home, we found a 1930’s Mother Goose linoleum 9x10 mat. I want to somehow preserve it in a cool way. Not sure that I want the entire piece or sections. It is adhered to the wood floors that I want to refinish. I don’t know how to pull it up and leave some square preserved. It’s just a great piece of Americana to use but I want it fo look good since it’s the entry to our home. What can I put on the 1930 linoleum to clean and preserve? And second, how to I not damage it as we restore floors around it?
