When it rains it drips into my fireplace. I have had a chimney company come out and they have changed the cap (custom made to fit) waterproofed the bricks 3 times, caulked and the last time they came out they put a black rubber substance around the bottom flashing. I have spent over $1900.00 so far and nothing has changed. The drip is still there when it rains. The company has good reviews. We are selling our house do to a change in my husbands job and I can't have a leaking chimney. Do you have any suggestions as to what the issue is so I can tell them? Mollie Cambre Bear HELP!!!
