Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me here. I bought a condo about 2 years ago and have multiple flooding problems. Some have been repaired but there is still one that occurs in my kitchen that seems to be stumping everyone. Last night it rained heavily and I had placed towels on the kitchen floor in the area that keeps flooding. I left about a 14 inch space between the towels and the wall so that I could see exactly where the water was coming in from. I assumed it was the base of the wall. When I woke this morning the towels were saturated but the tile and grout leading to the wall were all dry. It seems that the water has come up through the grout in the tiles. Has anyone got any ideas on this? I called my HOA and asked them to send out a foundation specialist or structural engineer because it seems the water is coming up through the floor. Any help will be very much appreciate.
