Hello, i have a Drymaster sumpless pump model SP-4, it is used in the midwest (I'm from michigan) in place of regular sump pump pits occasionally. It has a tube attached to a long copper pipe that sits in a narrow well. When the water gets high enough, the pressure switch turns it on and it pumps. When it gets low enough the pressure switch turns it off.

It works fine often but occasionally it gets stuck 'on'. Can happen multiple times per day when there's a lot of pumping to be done.

Does anybody have any experience with these kinds of pumps and in particular with this issue with a pressure switch getting stuck on? There is little to no documentation online for this pump. The makers, Water Master Inc. also do not even have an email address listed ANYWHERE!!
