I have a one inch nut & bolt on a garden bench.
All the wood slates have been removed giving me more leverage.
The nut is rusted tight onto the bolt on one side with a 1/4 inch bolt spare.
The other side of the bolt / bench is a almost flat head that refuses to move know matter what I tried.
Possible solutions I have tried without success is:
Tried Wurth Rost-off plus (usually brilliant for this sort of job)
WD 40 Oil.
Any / all idea's much appreciated.

What is a 1/4 inch bolt spare? You could try a propane torch to heat the nut for about a minute then spray some WD on the nut. Let it cool for 15 minutes then heat it up again and try to break it loose. If you have no luck with this method take a hack saw and cut the nut along the bolt or cut the head of the bolt.
