Hi- I just bought a new maple table in Oct. I set my table for Thanksgiving with a runner and placemats so as to protect it. We had all hot items off the table. The next day I had a bleached type mark on my table (the place is where my linen runner was.) Can my newly dry cleaned table runner have caused this mark? There was sunlight for about 6 hrs shining on the dry cleaned runner- did this cause a chemical reaction to the finish? I don't know what else it could have been in a 24 hr time span to cause this. Thanks!
