Hello, I recently bought a new home (new to me but older home). The owner before me did a full master bedroom/master bath addition onto the home. I had three inspections done and they all came back passing. However, since I've been in the home the master bathroom toilet does not work. It has never once completed a full flush. Well today is a very windy day, we have 65 mph winds in my area. I noticed a dropping sound and went to investigate. As the wind gusts past my wall the water in the toilet rises a bit, swishes like a wave, then slowly drains back down a bit. The sound I was hearing was the water level lowering just below the flushing part and it would bubble. At first I thought I needed a new toilet and I haven't gotten around to getting one yet. But now, I'm thinking there is a bigger issue if the wind outside is causing a wave motion in the toilet water.
