I have a barn that was built 5 years ago and now considering changing it into a house. Problem is the concrete floor was poured without a moisture barrier. Is there anyway that I can fix this without tearing the floor up?

Hi Ed
Yes, you can add an epoxy coating to your floor and it will keep out moisture. The epoxy has to be a waterbourne epoxy and muratic acid etch prep. Waterbourne epoxy's let the concrete breathe and will not push off the floor. You can also put other types of flooring over the top of the epoxy,(tile,carpet,wood,etc.).

If you need more info. e-mail me and i would be glad to help.
