We just moved into a mobile home and the toilet in the bathroom is not working. When I turn on the valve to fill up the tank it fills really slow and then it doesnt shut off. It keeps on running. I lifted the float and it still doesnt shut off what do I need to do to fix this?

What's the water pressure in the rest of the house like? IF you have adequate pressure.....the toilet fill valve needs repair/replacing.....

Here's a REPAIR Link......(follow the article to the REPLACEMENT Link)

The water pressure is good throughout the house except for a stand up shower in the other bathroom. Thanks for the help. Wish me luck. I can fix a car; never have done any plumbing.
