My house was built in 1915. We are blessed with knob and tube. I have put in a new panel with circuit breakers and have redone the most important (and easy) wiring. I still have to get to outlets, switches and ceiling lights. My problem is, my walls are still in perfect condition. How can I rewire without tearing them out? Help, please?

I have rewired many older homes and the answer is you generally can't. If your house is only one story and has a good crawl space or unfinished basement then it is possible. Telling you how to do it here is not realistic. Please consult with (or hire) an electrical contractor in your area that does remodel type work. Mr. Electric
