I have removed wallpaper border from powder room,but this inturn removed some of the dry wall paper as well.I then polyfilled this area primed it and ended up with bubbles on the wall. I left it to dry really well(bubbles dissapeared)sandes and painted but have now ended up with bubbles again HELp please.

You will have to cut the bubbles out and fill in the areas with spackling.

What you should do when you remove the face paper of the drywall is prime ti with an oil based primer first then fill in the bad areas.
