Project: Two More Porch Renovations

Bob points out that the side porch is nearly complete and remarks on the landscaping, before he meets homeowner Jim Verity on the completed front porch.

Landscaping work continues, as the new security system is installed and the reproduction railing is going into place on the front porch.

For the side porch to be sturdy, it will need additional support. An underground sprinkler system is installed and replicating old railings is discussed.

The home’s side entry will be restored using the original columns, which homeowner Jim Verity found in the basement. On the front porch, new support beams and railings will be installed. Plus, the property will be landscaped.
